The PayHole app carries a reporter key that never holds money. A wallet with a tier signs one message naming that key, and from then on every report from the phone enters the swarm as that wallet's flag: it counts toward confirmation and takes the fast lane when a list already names the domain. Copy the key from the app
Check tab, Your reporter key, Copy key. Paste it in the field above, or open this page from the app and it is filled in.

Sign with the wallet that holds the tier
The wallet shows the exact text: the PayHole membership header, the phone's key, your address, and the time. It is a signature, not a transaction. On a phone, open this page in the wallet app's browser.

Paste the proof into the app
The app checks the signature itself before accepting it. Reports then travel signed by the phone, carrying the proof, and every node verifies both against the BurnVault tier of your wallet. No tier yet? Tiers cost 10, 50, or 250 USDG, bought and burned by the vault.
